FAUX SUICIDE WATCH - The Executive Edition Vol. 3

An Indiana magistrate issued an arrest warrant today for businessman Marcus Schrenker, who authorities said appears to have disappeared on a motorcycle after parachuting from his plane Sunday in Alabama in an effort to fake his death. Schrenker, 38, has been on the lam since Sunday after faking a distress call and secretly parachuting out of a plane that later crashed in East Milton.

Authorities believe Schrenker, president of Heritage Wealth Management in Fishers, Ind., was trying to escape legal and financial troubles involving hundreds of thousands of dollars and allegations of fraud.

“I embarrassed my family for the last time,” Britt quoted Schrenker as saying. “By the time you read this I’ll be gone.”

Adolf Merckle, one of Germany’s wealthiest men, committed suicide after weeks of talks with creditors designed to save his businesses from being consumed by disastrous investments and the global financial crisis.

The billionaire, 74, was said by his family to have been “broken” by the sight of his business empire, which ranged from pharmaceuticals to cement, crumbling. He died on Monday evening, apparently hit by a train a few hundred metres from his home in southern Germany.

His personal worth was estimated at more than $9bn by Forbes magazine, while his companies’ combined turnover was €30bn ($40bn), and he was described as Germany’s fifth richest man.

Now he has been charged with two felony counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree Monday and released on a $100,000 bond but still faces 3/12 to 15 yrs in prison, this scenario is highly unlikely if he pleads guilty to a lesser charge and them will probably only be setenced to probabtion.
This fool has a $35 million contract with the Giants which could now be in jeapordy because you know the NFL don't play when it comes to Niggarish Behavior. They will yank a nigga's contract and get alllll they money back with the quicknes, you can just ask Dog Abuser Mike Vick about that.

The Obvious News of the Day Story: "Guess Who's Dumb Ass is Headed to Jail!!" vol. 2

Disgraced, Dishonarable, Discredited, Embarrassed, Humiliated AND Shamed Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick has pleaded guilty, ending a nearly eight-month drama that has transfixed the region, paralyzed much of city business and halted a political career that once held such promise.

Kilpatrick pleaded guilty to two felony counts of obstructing justice by committing perjury. He will spend four months in jail, pay up to $1 million in restitution, and serve five years' probation. He also agreed not to run for office during that five-year span.

In January, the Free Press published text messages Kilpatrick and Beatty exchanged on city-issued pagers. The article showed the pair lied under oath when they testified in a police whistle-blower trial last year that they did not have an intimate relationship. They also gave misleading testimony about the firing of a top police official, Gary Brown. Nelthrope was another cop who sued with Brown, both alleging their careers were ruined because of their involvement in an internal affairs investigation that could have led to the discovery of extramarital philandering by Kilpatrick.
